My mother used to keep any cards that I received as a child in a scrapbook,
(I still have it). Today most people keep pictures, passwords, family history etc, online. The "cloud" is a wonderful place to keep these precious memories
but without access to this "cloud" your loved ones will never find them! Your executor/s should know how to access your records and who to send them to.
I have created a digital Journal of Remebrance for my younger sister. This journal covers the first 7 years of our family's life before she was born. It has been fun looking back but I have to make sure that she receives it after I am gone.
